Echuca Rotary Club Services

The work undertaken by RCEM can be classified into Avenues of Services:

Community Service

Community Service has been described as the ‘heartbeat of Rotary’ and covers exciting projects and activities the club undertakes to improve life in our community such as Bowelscan, Australian Rotary Health and the Australia Day celebrations we undertake on behalf of Campaspe Council

International Service

International Service attends to issues beyond our shores such as literacy, hunger, malaria, disease and access to clean water. Rotary’s most famous global project is polio eradication. Our latest project is to provide clean, potable water to a small village near Lahore, Pakistan

Youth Service

Youth Service provides programs designed to encourage and develop young people to take up positions of leadership within their community. We support a number of such programs including National Youth Science Forum and Rotary Youth Leadership Award

Club Service

Club Service is the powerhouse of the club. The focus is on strengthening fellowship and ensuring effective functioning of the club. Activities include, recruitment, information exchange, guest speakers, social functions

Vocational Service

Vocational Service is about promoting activities that engage the vocational skills and experience of Rotarians, together with their professional networks

The focus is on adherence and promotion of the highest ethical standards in all occupations

Rotary Park

Rotary Community Park is available to hire for your next event or gathering. The type of events Rotary Community Park is suitable for are caravan musters, rodeos, movie nights, car show, swap meets, sheep dog trials, horse events, live music, festivals and much more
